Assessment before intensity
Age, injury history, body composition, energy, sleep and current fitness define the starting point before increasing load.

Clinical movement
At Progevita, movement is not a decorative activity. Strength, mobility, walks, breathing and recovery are organized around your baseline, biomarkers and program goal.
Strength
preserve muscle, autonomy and functional capacity with realistic progression
VO2max
measure cardiorespiratory fitness when it can improve decisions
Recovery
organize load, rest, mobility and outdoor exposure to sustain change
Our philosophy
Exercise is adapted to each person. The goal is not to train hard for a few days, but to build a base of strength, mobility and energy that can continue at home.
Age, injury history, body composition, energy, sleep and current fitness define the starting point before increasing load.
Strength protects muscle, bone, balance and autonomy. In midlife and later life it is a longevity priority, not only an aesthetic one.
When appropriate, tests such as VO2max help understand aerobic capacity and adjust intensity without turning the program into a competition.
Movement, thermal medicine, rest, nutrition and breathing are coordinated so the body can adapt to load instead of only accumulating fatigue.

What we look for in the session
Each session supports the goal of the stay: restoring energy, improving function, reducing pain, gaining confidence or preparing a sustainable routine.
During the stay
01
We review goals, history, perceived strength, mobility, energy, injuries and real barriers to movement.
02
The session is adjusted to the program: optimization, inflammaging, detox, hormonal health or a personalized plan.
03
VO2max, body composition or functional tests are used if they can change decisions, not to collect data for its own sake.
04
You leave with a practical structure to keep training at home without depending on the clinical setting.

System
Training is not separated from the rest of the protocol. It connects with biomarkers, sleep, energy, pain, body composition and goals so the plan is coherent and sustainable.
Frequently asked questions
No. Each person can start from a very different point. Load is adapted to age, mobility, energy, injuries and previous experience.
No. There are shared principles, such as strength, mobility and proportional aerobic work, but the approach changes according to the program and clinical goal.
When it makes sense, yes. The test helps understand cardiorespiratory fitness and intensity zones, but it is not used as an end in itself.
Yes. The goal is for movement to continue at home, with clear priorities and a realistic plan.
