Supervised strength training during the Progevita stay

Clinical movement

Strength and movement with clinical intent

At Progevita, movement is not a decorative activity. Strength, mobility, walks, breathing and recovery are organized around your baseline, biomarkers and program goal.

Strength

preserve muscle, autonomy and functional capacity with realistic progression

VO2max

measure cardiorespiratory fitness when it can improve decisions

Recovery

organize load, rest, mobility and outdoor exposure to sustain change

Our philosophy

Moving better does not start with doing more. It starts with knowing your baseline

Exercise is adapted to each person. The goal is not to train hard for a few days, but to build a base of strength, mobility and energy that can continue at home.

Assessment before intensity

Age, injury history, body composition, energy, sleep and current fitness define the starting point before increasing load.

Strength as prevention

Strength protects muscle, bone, balance and autonomy. In midlife and later life it is a longevity priority, not only an aesthetic one.

Cardio with useful data

When appropriate, tests such as VO2max help understand aerobic capacity and adjust intensity without turning the program into a competition.

Recovery integrated

Movement, thermal medicine, rest, nutrition and breathing are coordinated so the body can adapt to load instead of only accumulating fatigue.

What we look for in the session

Strength, mobility and aerobic capacity without improvisation

Each session supports the goal of the stay: restoring energy, improving function, reducing pain, gaining confidence or preparing a sustainable routine.

  • Strength exercises adapted to age, mobility and previous experience.
  • Mobility and stability work to improve safety and body control.
  • Walks and aerobic work with proportional intensity.
  • Performance tests when they provide actionable clinical information.
  • Recovery, breathing and rest as part of training.
  • A continuity plan for home with clear priorities.

During the stay

From assessment to a movement plan you can sustain

01

Functional assessment

We review goals, history, perceived strength, mobility, energy, injuries and real barriers to movement.

02

Proportional load

The session is adjusted to the program: optimization, inflammaging, detox, hormonal health or a personalized plan.

03

Measurement when useful

VO2max, body composition or functional tests are used if they can change decisions, not to collect data for its own sake.

04

Post-stay continuity

You leave with a practical structure to keep training at home without depending on the clinical setting.

System

Movement coordinated with medicine, nutrition and recovery

Training is not separated from the rest of the protocol. It connects with biomarkers, sleep, energy, pain, body composition and goals so the plan is coherent and sustainable.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be fit to train at Progevita?

No. Each person can start from a very different point. Load is adapted to age, mobility, energy, injuries and previous experience.

Is the training the same in every program?

No. There are shared principles, such as strength, mobility and proportional aerobic work, but the approach changes according to the program and clinical goal.

Do you run tests such as VO2max?

When it makes sense, yes. The test helps understand cardiorespiratory fitness and intensity zones, but it is not used as an end in itself.

Do I leave with a routine to continue afterwards?

Yes. The goal is for movement to continue at home, with clear priorities and a realistic plan.

Start by knowing what your body can sustain today

If you want to work on strength, energy and functional capacity with clinical judgment, the first step is to assess your baseline and build a proportional progression.
