How do I know which program is right for me?
Each program starts with a different goal. You can compare what they include or speak with the team for guidance. The medical pre-consultation allows us to review your situation and adapt the program before you arrive.
What does the price include, and what costs extra?
Programs include accommodation, meals, and the consultations, tests and activities listed on their page. Additional diagnostics or treatments and room options may change the amount. You receive a final quote to confirm before arrival.
Can I choose my dates and length of stay?
The reference length of stay appears alongside each program. When booking, you can indicate your preferred dates and number of nights. The team checks availability and confirms the program and quote with you.
How does booking work?
Choose your preferred dates on the program page and leave a €300 deposit. This covers the medical pre-consultation and is deducted from the total price if you confirm your stay. The team confirms availability before finalizing the booking.
What happens to my deposit if I decide not to come?
If you cancel before the medical pre-consultation, the deposit is refunded in full. If you have already had the pre-consultation and decide not to come, it is not refundable because it covers the medical work carried out. If you come, it is deducted from the total price of your stay.
